Shipping Update
United States
We are now shipping orders by U.S. Postal Service (USPS) as our default shipping provider. The below options will be available during checkout. All orders ship from NC, time frames listed below will be shorter the closer you are to NC. Tracking information will be provided for all shipping methods.
- USPS Ground Advantage: Delivery in 2 to 5 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail: Delivery in 1, 2, or 3 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail Express: Overnight delivery to most locations.
The option to have your package shipped by UPS or FedEx is available, provide your shipping account number and follow the instructions during checkout. [Your UPS or FedEX account must be eligible to 'Bill Receiver'.]
Canada
Orders shipping to Canada have two options: UPS Standard or use your own shipping account.
All Other Countries (other than US and Canada)
Please contact us. Include your requested order (item# and quantities of each product), contact information, complete shipping address, VAT and shipping account number (UPS, FedEx or DHL). We will reply with an invoice which will include a link that can be paid by credit card. Once paid, your order will ship within two business day.
If you do not have access to a shipping account or need to pay by bank transfer (ACH/Wire) let us know and will include our bank details and include a shipping quote. In any case, the first step is to contact us or email us so that we can get your order started.
Notes: Including your VAT and shipping account assists with customs entry. Minimum order is 6 bottles.
