Online Orders
All orders must be placed online via the shopping cart. You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed. Unit Dose Supply, LLC reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice. 

Shipping and Delivery

Unit Dose Supply, LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States, U.S. territories and to international locations at request. Shipping costs are determined and based on the weight and dimensions of your order and the ship-to address. Shipping charges are calculated by USPS or UPS during check-out or by quote. We review all shipping charges and will make necessary adjustments if needed, we will contact the customer for review.  Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1:00 PM EST local time may ship out the same day that you order, however, this is not a guarantee. We will make all possible attempts to ship overnight/second day orders the same day. In general, all other orders may ship within two business days. You will be advised if any shipment will exceed two business days. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, this item must be returned, and we will issue a replacement of the order. 

International Orders (outside US, except Canada)

Email us at info@unitdose.net will reply with invoice and payment options. All International Orders must be a minimum of 6 bottles, orders with less than 6 bottles will incur a $50 USD handling fee which will be applied to the order. We prefer to obtain customers shipping account number from UPS, FedEx or DHL, if you provide us with your (third party billable) account number shipping will be excluded from the invoice; this also assist with customs entry. International Payment Options: Acceptable International Payments options may vary but include credit card, ACH and wire transfer. Duties and taxes for international shipments: The Consignee (Recipient) of the package(s) is responsible for any duties and import taxes due upon delivery. Duties and taxes are not calculated when the order is quoted and will be payable to Customs when you receive your order. 

Sales Tax

Orders shipped to NC will have state sales taxes calculated to their order. The tax charges will be viewable on your order receipt. International orders are not charged sales taxes at time of order or quotation. The recipient of the order, however, will be responsible for paying customs or any import duties and Value Add Taxes (VAT). 

Return Policy

Goods may be returned with authorization from Unit Dose Supply, LLC. Defective goods, as determined by Unit Dose Supply, LLC will be replaced at no charge. All un-open returns may be subject to return freight. Open items cannot be returned. All return requests must be made in writing by email and within two weeks of receipt of order. In no event shall Unit Dose Supply, LLC be responsible for claims beyond the replacement value of any defective material, or in any way be liable or responsible for damages of any nature whatsoever which may result from the use of its products.
